First Russian company achieves Leaping Bunny certification!
In a leap forward for Russia, cosmetics company Levrana has been Leaping Bunny certified
Levrana was founded through the love of nature and all living beings. Based on an ethos of living in harmony with nature, Levrana proudly creates natural cosmetics drawing inspiration from the Russian forests, flower meadows and the coasts of the ancient seas and Russian mountains.
With carefully selected ingredients, Levrana’s natural soaps are entirely handmade, from cooking the soap to the packaging.
Leonid Romanchuk, Founder and Product Manager said: “Our motto is ‘All the power of nature’ and within that we believe it is so important to respect all living beings. That is why we wanted our customers to be sure our products were free from animal testing and so we sought cruelty free certification from the Leaping Bunny – an international guarantee”.
In order to become Leaping Bunny certified by Cruelty Free International, companies are required to adopt a cut-off date, open their supply chain to monitoring, and open up to external audit requirements. Levrana joins over 600 companies to have obtained Leaping Bunny certification.
The Leaping Bunny logo is the symbol of the international no-animal-testing certification programme, issued for use by companies which produce cosmetic, personal care and cleaning products which comply with our strict criteria.
